Our trainer’s expertise and engaging teaching style brought the material to life, allowing us to confidently apply Agile methodologies, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage project cycles with a streamlined approach. The interactive sessions, including group discussions and simulated projects, were incredibly effective in helping us experience firsthand the importance of adaptability, team collaboration, and incremental improvement in a project setting using MS office, JIRA and Confluence. Overall, this training exceeded expectations by providing actionable strategies and tools that I feel confident implementing right away. I really enjoyed the VAPM training, it was super helpful and organized! The instructor was not only knowledgeable but also engaging, making Agile concepts easy to understand and follow. VAPM was a super packed two days extended to three days training that broke down the complexity of the Agile approach to project management into simplified bits for a first time learner like me. I have heard lots about Scrum, but finally got to know what it is, why it is used, and how to apply it in the training sessions. As a result of this training also, I now have the confidence to define a career path in project management and looking forward to ace certification exams. I am so very grateful to have been a part of this rewarding learning experience and the content in these classes fueled my existing interest in Project Management. The class was definitely interesting and engaging and I will be looking further into the topics discussed as they peaked my interest! The Agile Project Management training was so comprehensive that I feel well-equipped for the PMP certification. Our instructor demonstrated in-depth knowledge of project management and adopted an interactive learning approach which made the class engaging and impactful while covering all modules from the Waterfall technique to Scrum and introducing us to Jira and Confluence, where we gained hands on experience using a case study. The classes were knowledge-packed and worth it. I cannot wait to further develop the skills gained during the training and apply them in my career as a professional project manager.
